The Saints showed us a lot in their loss to Carolina, coming back after being down in the closing moments, though coming up short. It's a story of confidence in New Orleans; even when their running backs (Reggie Bush, Deuce McAllister) are not having a great day, they can hang in there. Now comes the challenge for New Orleans as a sizable favorite against a team that is hurting and using a rookie QB in his first-ever start. Bruce Gradkowski allegedly has a high football I.Q., and could become a very serviceable NFL quarterback, but not here and not now. Tampa Bay's numbers have been dreadful - the Bucs average 43 yards a game, with one touchdown pass and one interception on defense. And the defense has struggled, yielding 170 rushing yards a game, which opens things up for Sean Payton to do some baffling things with a Bush-McAllister combo in the backfield.
