TAMPA BAY (+4)at ATLANTA -- Here again, another case of overreaction from the oddsmaker. Tampa Bay looked like it was bribed to lay down last week in getting shut out by Baltimore, while Atlanta looked Super Bowl-caliber in methodically chopping down Carolina. But the Bucs still bring some defense to the table, along with the ability to chew ground and clock with Cadillac Williams in the backfield. Expect Chris Simms, who almost didn't show up last week (3 INT's, 30.5 passer rating) to steady himself a bit. Meanwhile, one must consider that Tampa Bay's defensive staff has always come up with a way to neutralize the effectiveness of Michael Vick. In his career, Vick has completed under 52% of his passes against the Bucs, with only one game where he has thrown for over 161 yards. and he's been sacked 16 times in the last four meetings. We often look for value in NFL lines, and here we have it.
